Coconut Relish

Yield 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh coconut (substitute coconut flakes)
1 tablespoon red pepper flake (optional)
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon lime juice
1 cup plain yogurt
