Curry from Ghana, recipe will yield about ¼ cup

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1 teaspoon coriander

2 teaspoons cumin

½ teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons turmeric

2 teaspoons mustard seeds

Directions: Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container away from light and heat.
